With your permission, brramblers would like to use and share your Content (as defined below) on our website and through social media to help promote our brand and products. Please review the terms below to help you decide whether you’d like to grant us the permission to do so.

If you change your mind, please note that you can always withdraw your consent for us to share your Content on our online channels by reaching out to communitymodels@brramblers.com and providing us with links to the specific Content you would like removed. brramblers with use reasonable efforts to remove the Content as soon as possible.

brramblers Productions, LLC (“brramblers”) would like to distribute your content and materials, as defined below, to be used on the brramblers website located at www.brramblers.com (“Website”), brramblers website located at www.brramblers.com, as well as on other online channels including but not limited to brramblers social media, in conjunction with the promotion and marketing of the brramblers brand and products. Such content and materials may include your photographs, writings, images, hashtags, graphics, pictures, illustrations, text, and other media that you have posted on the internet and/or on social media (collectively, “Content”).

By replying to brramblers’s request for use with #MyRTLook, you grant brramblers and its affiliates, along with each of their successors, assignees, designees, representatives, contractors and agents the non-exclusive, fully paid-up, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to record, transcribe, produce, publish, re-publish, distribute, broadcast, transmit, use, re-use, edit, abstract, copy, perform, display, incorporate into other material and otherwise use your Content and your name, username, image, photograph and/or picture (collectively, “Likeness”), in whole or in part, in connection with the promotion and marketing of the brramblers brand and products, on an absolute, irrevocable, and forever basis, without additional compensation or right of consent, in any and all media (now or hereafter in existence), anywhere in the universe, including without limitation in titles and promotion, publicity, and advertising on the Website and brramblers social media.    

You agree that you have no right to review, edit, or otherwise approve any material incorporating your Content or Likeness and nothing herein will constitute any obligation on brramblers’s part to make any use of the same.

Furthermore, by agreeing to these terms, you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant the rights in this agreement, free and clear of any lien, encumbrance, or claim, or need to obtain consent of or make payment to any third party. You agree to indemnify brramblers from and against any liabilities, losses, claims, demands, costs (including without limitation reasonable attorneys' fees) and expenses arising in connection with any breach or alleged breach by you of any of the above representations and warranties.

You further irrevocably waive any “moral rights” or other rights with respect to attribution of authorship or integrity of materials regarding the Content that you may have under any applicable law under any legal theory. You also waive any and all claims against brramblers relating to copyright infringement and/or any invasion or misappropriation of the right of privacy or publicity.

You agree that brramblers may transfer, assign, or sublicense its rights hereunder without restriction and that the license granted hereunder shall be binding on all of your successors-in-interest and heirs. Finally, you agree that all applicable laws of the United States and/or the State of Texas will govern the submission of your Content to brramblers. 

IF YOU DO NOT OWN OR HAVE AUTHORIZATION TO GRANT THE RIGHTS AND PERMISSIONS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND/OR DO NOT WANT TO GRANT brramblers SUCH RIGHTS, DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS.

Please reply with #MyRTLook to signify your acceptance of these Terms and to grant brramblers the rights described above.
